David stood out right from first contact for personal, down-to-earth information on pool covers. I was initially concerned about how easy (or not!) it would be to operate the roller for one person, and he went through all the options with no-marketing-bs advice.His proposal was for a custom cover for my irregular-shaped pool, whilst other suppliers were telling me that it would need to be a straight rectangle shape - which would have left parts of the pool open to heat loss, debris, etc.He and his dad Pete did a great job of cutting and installing this custom design - including a cover for my little spa - and incorporating a new "floaty" on the leading edge, which makes pulling it out solo much easier.Very happy with my new cover (and the wonderfully higher pool temps!) and highly recommend this great family business.

Bought a Sol Guard cover for our 11x4m pool. It arrived within two days!Easy enough to install, given its size, and so far heating the pool beautifully. The transverse joins in the plastic make it roll onto the roller much more easily.(Side note: I tried to recycle the old pool cover at a 'soft plastics' recycling facility but they said it was too thick for them.)

David and Peter were great throughout, no BS, turned up when they said they would. First class product recommendations and installation for a fair price.We bought a large, odd shaped cover that needed two rollers for our pool. Fits pretty close to perfect.We get less leaves, use less chemicals and most of all get far less evaporation.Very highly recommend.

Great communication and great product. Peter responded very quickly (even during holiday shutdown) to let me know when to expect my product.I bought the Underbench roller, and when it arrived it was really easy to install and use, and looks great in the pool area - also gives the family somewhere else to sit (and jump from) around the pool.Highly recommended.

Dealing with Peter from Pool Covers and Rollers was a pleasure from the quoting process to the delivery and installation. Purchased a Heat Pump, solar blanket, and roller at a very good price and Peter ensured the whole process went smoothly. He is hands on and delivers " old fashioned great service ". Bought a Pool Roller Sun Cover from this company. My initial difficulty in assembling the straps was quickly overcome by some pictures sent by Peter to my phone. Appreciated the follow up phone call to check everything was satisfactory. Would recommend them. Suggest they have maybe assembly photos on the website.
